Price Guarantee and Validity
All prices are based on currency rates of exchange at the time of printing of these tour programs. The itineraries and prices are subject to change with or without any prior notice. Full payment required to guarantee tour price.
Reservations and Payments
Reservations must be made at least 45 days prior to departure. A non– refundable deposit for $150 is required to hold the reservations. The final payment due 45 days prior to departure. Bookings received less than 45 days prior to the departure require full payment. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid booking and apply cancellation charges if full payment is not received by the due date.
We accept most credit cards, checks and cash. Credit card payments accepted only with original signature, and credit card imprint along with Travel Options credit card authorization form.
Revisions
All requests for revision must be made in writing. A handling fee of $50 per transaction will be charged for any revision made to a reservation prior to 45 days before departure. For revisions less than 45 days prior departure a handling fee of $100 per person plus any supplier fees will be required.
Cancellations
All cancellations for revisions must be received in writing. A fee of $150 per person will be charged for any cancellation. For any cancellation received less than 6 weeks prior to departure, the following fees will apply:

No refund for unused portion(s) of the tours, including any missed sightseeing and meals.
Accommodations & Hotels
The listed hotels in this brochure will be used on almost all tours. In case a change becomes necessary for any reason, an equivalent substituted hotel may be booked. The per person rates are based on double occupancy. A limited number of single rooms are available with a supplement and also triple rooms are available at a reduction. Taxes and service charges for the hotels are included in the tour price.
Baggage
Porterage for one suitcase is included in the tour price. Due to limited coach capacity only one piece of luggage per person will be accepted.
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

Travel documents
Travelers must be in possession of a valid passport and visas. No refund will be due if the required documentations are not obtained.
Changes & Variations on the itinerary
We reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute hotels and transportation if an unforeseen condition beyond our control makes it necessary. During national holidays certain sites, such as museums, and shopping, might be limited.
Child and Youth
Children’s discount might be available for some tours. Children under the age of 6 are not accepted on these tours,
except individual packages.
All Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Responsibility
Travel Options is responsible for making arrangements for the tour services mentioned in this brochure and acts only as the agent for the transportation companies and other suppliers. Airlines, Hotels and all suppliers are independent entities and are not agents or employees of Travel Options or its affiliates. The tour operators and their agents will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, personal injuries, death, property loss, delay, change in air service, strike,war, terrorism, bankrupcy, weather, inconvenience, disappointment or expense occurred by any act or omission of any supplier or person providing the services. |
